Gaspeite! I really think this is my favorite thing Mother Nature ever created! Found in only two countries on earth (Australia and Canada) it is becoming more rare by the day, and as often happens with fabulous rare things, imitations are plentiful. Gaspeite is NOT turquoise!
These stones are 100% natural, complete with the dark matrix that stand in stunning contrast to the bright lime green. If you've never seen Gaspeite, you have missed out on a true treasure of the earth!
These petite earrings are wrapped in sterling silver wire, and swing from a small oxidized sterling silver ring. Please note measurements and see the pictures on the model to get an accurate idea of the size.
Hang 1 1/8" from top of sterling leverbacks
Gaspeite = 6x9mm
MEASUREMENTS ARE CLOSE APPROXIMATIONS!
All wire and other metal components are Sterling Silver.
If you prefer French hooks or posts (with a ball) I will be happy to change them over for you. I also offer surgical steel earwires. If you prefer one of these options, please let me know at time of purchase.
