Amethyst is a mixed media wall hanging. Its base is of wood that has been laser cut with a cool design. Ive collaged onto the wood, fabric for her shirt, used acrylic paints, color pencils, pen and more. The bottom has real amethyst beads, a lampwork bead and metal bead for extra character. It is about 7" x 7" and can be hung on the wall as soon as you take it out of its packaging. There are 2 pieces of yarn to hang it from with coordinating colors.

I originally bought the wood to make Christmas ornaments last year, that never happened but I noticed I had sketched on it already the figure you see on it today so I decided to finish her up! I'm really happy with the results.
