Blue Moroccan Rhapsody is a stunning beadwork cuff and earring set. Rich purples, blues, even metallic steel and some deep black comprise the colors of the Miyuki Delicas and Matsuno seed beads, as well as Size 10 Matsuno beads, in the 2 drop Peyote stitch. The edge of the cuff is then lined with Size 10 Matsuno beads in Peacock Blue, and Czech glass rectangle beads in a matter purple.
Finishing this gorgeous cuff off, is a handcrafted lampwork bead by the former White Raven Creations, in blues and purples encased in clear, topped with Bali Silver and a Swarovski Crystal. THe closure loop is metallic Iris Steel Delicas.
The entire cuff is handbeaded with 8lb FireLine for strength and durability. The varying bead sizes within the cuff create an undulating effect and gives the entire cuff a curious textural feeling overall.
The stunning earrings are also handbeaded with Miyuki Delicas, and Matsuno seed beads, as well as Size 10 Matsunos, in a combination of 2 drop Peyote and freeform Peyote.
They are suspended from genuine sterling silver earwires, and also feature unique handcrafted lampwork beads from White Raven Creations. They also are tipped with Bali Silver, a Swarovski Crystal and a cobalt drop bead. Each has been handbeaded on 8lb FireLIne for strength and durability.
While not exactly identical, every effort was made to ensure that the earrings matched as close as possible. Despite the look, they are lighter than they appear, swinging freely as you turn your head.
