I then put that piece in one of my two KILNS and put it to a full fuse and annealing and cool down period for durability and strength. That process takes about 3 1/2 hours.
Then I proceed to shape and clean up all rough edges with my glass grinder then all the pieces go back into the KILN for a fire polish which takes 3 1/2 hours.
Total time 7 hours
