Materials:
• Metal sheet – 22 gauge (3” square)
• Metal tube bead
• 16 gauge half hard wire (4”)
• Gemstone (or glass) bead with a hole that will accept 16 gauge wire
The metal sizes are over what the project pendant uses. This will ensure you have enough to create the piece with a little extra for mistakes.
Tools needed:
• Files – large and needle, various sizes
• Sandpaper (medium to fine grit)
• Metal Shears, tin snips, or heavy duty scissors
• Hammer – ballpein or riveting
• Hammer - rawhide
• Drill and drill bit (drill bit corresponding to 16gauge wire)
• Ring clamp
• Nail (or center punch)
• Anvil or bench block
• Sharpie (or other brand marker)
• Ruler
• Calipers or wire gauge
• Painters tape
• Scrap metals ( 16 gauge or smaller pices stacked) (optional)
