Chocolate Tea - Black Tea Blend - Chocolate Rose Romance - SAMPLER

This tea has a lot of history for me... it was the inspiration behind my learning how to blend teas! Some years ago, I used to purchase my loose leaf teas from a little antique store in old town Orange, CA. They had several different blends, but my favorite was their chocolate. (Anyone who knows me would say "duh!" to that... I'm quite the chocoholic!) A couple of years after I discovered this little oasis of antiques and tea, they went out of business, and they took my favorite tea along with them... So, I researched, and over much trial and error (a lot of error!) I taught myself how to flavor and blend tea. However, I could never quite get the right flavor... now I realize that a big part of the problem is that I didn't have the resources that I needed available to me to create the flavors I was looking for. So, I put it all aside for a while, until 2002 when I started trying again. In 2004, I got my business license and started getting my supplies wholesale, and was able to finally create a chocolate tea that rivaled the chocolate tea I missed so much from that little antique store! My Chocolate Delight tea was one of the first versions of this tea, since that time, I've added roses to add a touch of romance, and even more decadent chocolate flavor to kick it up a notch (oops... sorry Emeril!).
