I covered it with deep burgundy cardstock with white ribbon trim along the binding.
To the front I added the word "notes" with scrabble tile stickers.There is also a floral patterned square on the front in shades of red,cream and green.
It has red ribbon ties and a coordinating bookmark.
The whole thing is coated with multiple layers of decoupage medium for durability and some waterproofing.
The inside is the same burgundy paper and red ribbon trim.
