20 ga gold fill nosering, with a twist! The wire is bent back and forth in a sweet,squiggly, wavy design.
This hoop is 3/8ths of an inch (10mm) in diameter and would also work for a cartilage piercing.
I can make them in other materials-- sterling silver or niobium.
