Color - Pink Grapefruit
I used two of the rovings I had listed here on etsy to create this lively color combination. One ply is shades or orange and yellow and the other pink and burgundy. I have included pictures of the rovings so you can see what this started as. I don't think the pictures do this one justice at all. The amazing array of colors is stunning. This will be a lovely addition to any yarn stash:)
Approx 3.7 oz, 236 yards of Merino Wool. 2 Ply ranging from 10-13 WPI, medium weight yarn.
A message about plying yarn. Plying the singles gives them balance. A single strand pulls in the direction it was spun. Spinning two of these spun singles in the opposite direction balances out the twist so it won't pull either way. Plying also increases the strength of the yarn and adds elasticity.
Check your pattern recommendations to be sure if this yarn is suitable for your needs. Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Very suitable for felting.
This yarn has been hand dyed especially for you with professional quality, non toxic, colorfast dyes by Collette
