The arms and legs are made with "yoyos" individualy stitched pieces of fabric to form a circle/rosette. The yoyos are then strung together to make the limbs. Yoyos were used to make blankets in pioneer days using feed sack material. The pioneers also used yoyos to make dolls and toys. This is my take on that idea.
Nimble's face was designed to be completely versatile, with a different shape for the face I can easily make rabbits, monkeys, puppys, bears, and lil people with this same pattern. Stay tuned for those upcoming items :)
Nimple's body has been made using vintage fabric that has a small amount of yellowing, it does not distract from his funky nature. his limbs were made with all new materials.
