This soft buttercup capelet poncho was hand crocheted with a double strand of a light buttercup wool blend yarn and an even softer taupe light brown. The yarn is interspersed with tiny tufts of mauve and the colors look beautiful together - super girlie.

It's a soft and dainty accessory - and makes a great addition to your wardrobe. This can be worn as a shawl, shrug around the shoulders or around the neck as a long and chunky cowl.

It measures 30 inches long around the neck (top) and is 8 inches from the neck down. It is wide enough to cover your shoulders and falls to about mid-bicep. It has a nice weight and stretch to it.

This is a lovely accessory and great for a night out, or just around the office or house if you are feeling chilly. It is also very lightweight and extremely soft next to the skin.

You can also dress it up by attaching one of your own your favorite rhinestone pins to it - would make a wonderful gift.

Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
