Pamela Fleming’s creations are individually hand sculptured in Porcelain clay. The colors are achieved by working chemical stains into the porcelain using a technique of colored inclusions. One of my favorite aspects of using color inside the clay body is that it is almost impossible to make the same piece again. Each piece becomes a unique individual work of art.The porcelain figures are bisque fired in a kiln .They are then glazed by hand with a clear glaze,and re-fired to a fine porcelain china.
