The hat is a large, and fits a 23 or 23.5 head (or if you have a smaller head and a lot of hair).
The bill is 2 3/8 at its widest point, and stiffened with 3 layers of interfacing (see materials list).
If flannel isnt for you, I can also make it in wool, corduroy or denim, so convo me and order a custom hat made to fit your head and style!
