simple fine silver daisies to dangle from your ears from sterling silver earwires

these cute little flowers were made using art clay silver in a mould I made from one of my handcrafted polymer clay daisies. after the art clay had dried sterling silver earwires were attached using slip and the whole piece torch fired. the earwires were handformed into shape and the finished pieces then buffed gently before polishing in a rotary tumbler

daisies measure 3/16ths inch diameter (10mm) and drop a total ¾ inch from the top of the earwire (17mm)

delicate and lightweight

~~~~ earwires are standard 20G wire - these are thicker like earring posts. if you have more delicate earlobes and would like thinner 22G earwires please request this at checkout

Art Clay Silver (ACS) is a clay-like medium, holding silver particles in an organic binder which is burned off during firing leaving a 99.9& fine silver piece. Before firing the piece can be hand moulded into shape or painted as a paste onto a template. Fine silver is more tarnish-resistant than sterling silver
