This stunning pendant was created with small pieces of dichroic glass that were tack-fused to a beautiful opaque black glass. This pendant is gorgeous!
The piece measures approximately 7/8" wide x 1 1/4" long (2.23 cm x 3.2 cm) without bail. The pendant is suspended from sterling silver plated bail by an 18" (45.72 cm) length of sterling silver chain. Chain is included with pendant!
All our glass artwork is made individually. Each pendant is created from cut pieces of glass that are carefully layered on a kiln shelf and then slowly fired to a temperature of 1500 degrees. When this process is complete the kiln is allowed to slowly return to room temperature to enable the glass to properly anneal (strengthen).
EACH of my pendants is given a name and "Sassy" is engraved on the back.
