Voyageur - The Alhambra Collection - Cobalt Blue Jacobean Paisley 17" Reversible Glass Art Necklace

Ah, my love of travel and my good fortunes to have traveled
with my home decor design job for many years. The Voyageur
series is my homage to those wonderful days of living out of a
suitcase.

The palace, Alhambra in Granada, Spain was often described by Moorish poets as "a pearl set in emeralds" an allusion to the color of its buildings and the foliage around them.

This design represents the lush gardens surrounding the
palace. This moorish style jacobean paisley in cobalt blue
srests upon a textured tile background in warm creams. 17" in length with antique brass hammered chain and ornate
filigree bail and accents. 4" chain down the back with
brass bird holding a cobalt blue czech glass flower bead.

The back side of the necklace is a mosaic style filigree in
rich cobalt blues and golds to embody the wonderful tiles
throughout the palace..

This design comes packaged in a sheer reusable passport style envelope with sheer ribbon. Inside the necklace rests upon a card collage of memorabelia from around the world.
