I really wanted to do something that is greater than me. With October being the official National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I figured that creating pink items and donating a portion of the profits to an organization which promotes education, awareness, early detection, and hope.
A friend of mine, Michelle of GlassIdentities is already connected, through her sister who is a survivor, to an orginization that does races for the cure. In order to run, you have to have raised at least $1,000.
