This is a decorative and functional mask hand decorated with blue, yellow, and white feathers and blue sequins. It measures approximately 12 inches wide (feather to feather) and the plastic mask base is 6"x3.5" with an elastic cord for wearing. It fit my 23" head. The inside of the mask is smooth, flexible plastic that has been cleaned with rubbing alcohol.

There are two sizes of blue sequins under the eyes (painted beneath), around the eyes, and around the bottom edge.
