A smooth brass heart with key shaped cutout engraved with the words "He who holds the key, can unlock my heart...". It hangs ironically from a silver keyring that easily clips onto beltloops, bags etc.
The heart is vintage and may be slightly discolored with age, which only adds to it's charm.
