This tray was made by hand out of clay. A black-eyed susan leaf was rolled onto the clay to leave the impressions of the veins in the clay, and it was painted with tan and brown underglaze, after bisk firing. Clear glaze was used over the underglaze to make it durable and food-safe.
This would make a beautiful spoon rest or guest soap dish!
The tray is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe.
