Regardless, this is a beautiful anytime piece. A simple handmade brass chain is only the base for the true beauty of this necklace. The large handmade lampwork focal bead is the star of this show. I have used an ivory base and layered dots of red and silver glass to create the "eyes". There are five "eyes" around the center of the bead and each has been carefully raked towards the top and bottom of the bead. The finishing touch is carefully placed silver glass dots. The focal has been flanked with two brass saucer beads.
Beneath the focal bead is a tassel made of genuine garnet polished chips, to further accent the focal bead.
The chain measures approx 26" and the dangle (bead and tassel) measures approx 3" long.
