These handmade earwires are just right for many of your extra special gold plated earring creations! These are Nontarnishing Gold Colored ear wires and an extra brass has bead added for that special extra touch!

They measure 1/2 inch(1.25cm) by 1 inch(2.5cm). The bottom has been smoothed to ensure comfort and good looks. The base metal is solid copper that is coated in gold color and then coated with an enamel finish and then baked to form a durable protective coating that prevents tarnishing.

We have found them to be a perfect weight, holding their form, not bothersome to sensitive ears, and the enamel coating holds up very well. These do not contain nickel or lead! Perfect! We use them on most of our mid-to higher priced earrings.
