The chart is for a bracelet full of beads from end to end. The wrist measurement is for where you like your bracelet to fall. My wrist measure about 6 inches, but I like my bracelet to fall a bit down on my hand and that area measures 6.75 inches. I go with a 21cm for a full bracelet. If you don't want a full bracelet, go down a size.
