This double strand necklace is full or purple hues, crystal brilliance and the sophistication of cultured freshwater pearls.
The longer of the two strands contains a large 39mm Amethyst gemstone nugget, attached to a sterling silver bail, dropping between two 8mm faceted crystal AB cubes and continued with 3mm cultured freshwater natural colored button pearls, divided by 6mm Amethyst round beads and connected to more crystal cubes until the necklace continues with the pearls and Amethyst beads with a final cube crystal before connecting to the ornate two strand sterling silver stamped 925 box clasp. The shorter strand is centered with an 8mm crystal AB cube then on both sides contains a sequence of two 4mm glass crystal round plum colored beads, 7mm cultured freshwater button pearls and 5mm cultured freshwater button pearls, attaching to the double strand clasp. The matching earrings contain the same elements as the necklace, with the exception of the crystal cubes, and drop from sterling silver Amethyst beaded sterling silver ear wires.
The length of the longest strand including clasp is 18" and the shorter strand is 161/8" including clasp. The earrings drop 1" from the ear wires.
The look of elegance is evident in this necklace, combining components that contain the same hues as the distinctive Amethyst gemstone with it's interesting inclusions and shape as well as the addition of reflecting crystals and color enhancing cultured freshwater natural colored pearls.
