Frosted Berry Pillows - handmade lampwork beads

A lovely organically shaped textured earring pair that have been tumbled to a smooth finish and feel very good to the touch. These are bright beads with lovely striations that will add to many designs.

Bead size: 10-11mm X 6.5-7mm hole to hole

Glass used: Moretti/Effrete: clear base with a cane of silvered ivory and transparent red

Mandrel size: 1/16 inch

Inspiration / Story behind this Product:

I've been fascinated with ancient beads that have been unearthed in archaeological digs and have spent a lot of time developing a technique to achieve a similar look. I'm very pleased with the textured beads that have come out of this experimentation. I hope you will find them as interesting and desirable as I do.
