Montezuma is an intermediate level pattern. The knitting is done both flat and in the round, with the stitches knit, purl, yarn over, increase, slip stitch over and knit 2 together.
Size depends on the yarn and needles you use. I use needles size 4 mm – US 5-6 – UK 8 and with these Montezuma ends up 18 cm (7 in) long.
In addition to knitting needles you will need yarn suitable for your needles, stuffing and an embroidery needle.
