This adorable cat toy was sewn by hand using yellow felt. The mouse's body measures 4" long and it's tail measures an additional 8". The tail is thick, heavy duty macrame yarn, which I knotted before sewing inside the mouse's body, then knotted again at the end to avoid unraveling. I stuffed the body with fleece scraps and a good handful of catnip, which is organically grown in my garden. The whimsical face was embroidered with black embroidery thread. This toy will get your kitty into a playful mood as soon as he smells it! Your cat will have hours of fun with this mouse, and the bright color will make it easier for you to find when kitty loses it!

Inspiration / Story behind this Product:

I've been making catnip toys for my own cats for many years, as well as giving them to all my friends and family as gifts for their cats. They all finally convinced me that I should be selling these toys. Many people have said that their cat is still playing with the toys as many as 4 years later. I grow the catnip myself and use no chemicals or pesticides. My cats certainly approve! These toys have been tested by young, old, finicky, and lazy cats. They've been a hit with ALL the fuzzies.
