Men's Pajamas -- The pajama top with front button closing, has long set-in sleeves, patch pockets, buttons and buttonholes or decorative snap fasteners and top-stitching trim. V. 1 has shirt type collar. V. 1 & 2 have long sleeves. V. 2 & 3 have "V" shaped neckline. V. 3 has short set-in sleeves. The long pants, V. 1 & 2 and short pants V. 3 with front fly opening have casing and drawstring.

Sometimes it's far more fun to sew something from another time.

Sometimes it's even more fun to update it or make it a little differently to suit your taste.

And sometimes the only thing you can do with that totally awesome vintage yardage you have is build an equally awesome vintage garment. But the only way to make it look "right" is to use a pattern it was meant to be used with back in the day.
