I would say that this cream would be the best on the face and hands and used at night before going to bed. You will notice that you will wake up with your face still ultra soft and silky. It soaks in fast, but it leaves like a silky layer on your skin - thus with high temperatures outside, I would not like you using it and then feeling sticky when outside and about....if you still would like to use it at any time of the day - go ahead....I just want you to know how exactly this cream works and behaves.
