I threw this pot as a solid piece on the potters wheel (off the hump), bringing clay up for the knob and making a little edge around the top to form the lid.
Please note that the lid is part of the pot and does not come off, and that this piece is solid, not hollow.
This pot was glazed with a brown glaze all over. This tiny piece is even signed and dated on the bottom!
This pot would be perfect for a dollhouse, a miniature collection, or to display in a shadowbox.
