Thank you for checking out our Art Fire shop. We are Erin and Amy. Two sisters living on opposite coasts but combining our jewelry making talents from afar to bring UnStrungSisters to Art Fire.

Our UnStrung Philosophies and other important stuff to know:

~ The fun we have making jewelry outweighs our want to make lots of money. So you will find reasonably priced contemporary jewelry here.

~ We want your jewelry to look great. We include an anti-tarnish pouch for easy storage. Our pouches are hand-made by us from special fabric treated with anti-tarnish chemicals.

~ All sterling silver all the time. We will not cut corners on clasps or accent beads! If we use another item, like a pewter charm, it will be clearly labeled as such in the item description. We use high quality stringing material and findings.

~Gemstone, gemstones, gemstones! We love them and we love to make jewelry with them. You will see a wide variety of gemstones in our store. If you see something in our sold section please convo us and we'll let you know if we can make another.

~ Getting married? - Congratulations! (Sorry, we don't do weddings.)

~ How we ship - Your jewelry will be placed in the anti-tarnish pouch and wrapped in tissue (we're not talking about Kleenex either) and tied with a nice ribbon or a fun piece of fiber. Your purchase is then placed in a bubble wrap envelope or box if you made our day by purchasing several items. Every attempt is made to mail your jewelry the next business day. Most of our items ship within 24 hours of your purchase (assuming you paid us:).

~ We also offer gift boxing under a separate listing. If you would like you purchase gift boxed please purchase the $2.00 listing. We are happy to include a gift message with any purchase (with or without the gift box). Your purchase will be shipped to the address provided through Paypal, unless otherwise noted. If you would like to ship your purchase to a separate address you must let us know through a convo or in the 'Comments to Seller' section during your checkout process.

~ 100% Customer Satisfaction- Got an issue? Contact us and we'll find a solution to make you happy. (We will not be giving away free jewelry though.)

~Sales Tax- Any items shipped to Washington State or Virginia will have sales tax added. Sales tax is added during the payment step on Paypal.
