Tutorials are in PDF format, and sent via e-mail to your Paypal address within 8 - 12 hours after payment received (in most cases much sooner).

All other items purchased are shipped the next available business day after payment received USPS First Class - orders totaling over $100.00 are sent USPS Priority Insured.
A 50% deposit is required on all custom work prior to starting the piece - the balance to be paid before the piece ships.
