I ship everything first class USPS up to the 13 oz. After that it becomes priority mail. I ship as quickly as I can and that is usually the next business day.

If you aren't happy, I will refund your payment(not including shipping) as soon as I have the the merchandise back.

If you live in North Dakota I have to collect state sales tax, but it isn't added in until you get to paypal.
