If you choose to pay via paypal, prompt payment is appreciated. If you would like to arrange an alternative method of payment, please contact me prior to purchase to make other arrangements.

Canadian Residents
GST at 5% -or- HST at 13% (for the provinces of NS, NB and NFLD) will be charged on merchandise shipped within Canada.
It will be added to your total during the paypal payment process. If you chose to pay by cheque or money order, I will send you a manual invoice with the applicable taxes added on.
Shipping
Parcels sent within Canada are sent either regular letter mail (for bubble mailers) or regular parcel for larger packages.
Parcels sent to the US are sent regular letter mail for bubble mailers, and Small Package Air Mail (approximately 10 business days)for larger parcels.
If you would like a faster shipping option, please contact me as there will be additional shipping charges.
International Customers - If you do not see your country in the shipping profile, contact me for a shipping quote.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and duties if the item is crossing a border. Please understand that I am always honest about the value of the object being shipped on the customs form.
Packaging
I recycle outer packing materials whenever I can. So if your parcel comes in a reused box or envelope, don't fret. What's inside is just as pretty even if the outer packaging isn't pristine. It is better for the earth. :)
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not happy, please contact me and give me an opportunity to make it right. If it is necessary to return something, I will give you store credit equal to the cost of your item minus the shipping costs. Shipping the item back will be at the buyer's expense. You must contact me regarding returns no later than 30 days after purchase.

Yes. We will combine shipping charges between all of our online locations:
Enthral Designs on Etsy, and Enthral Designs on Artfire. You can either contact
