Shipping - Most items ship via USPS First Class mail or Air Letter Post. Shipping costs are listed for the United States and Canada. Please send me a message if you are located somewhere else and I'll update the shipping costs to your location.
If you order multiple products and your combined shipping fees are at least $1 over actual shipping costs, I'll do my best to issue you a Paypal credit.
Payments - Florida residents - when your pay for your purchase through Paypal you will be charged 6% sales tax on your order. Wish I could avoid it but hey, living in paradise has its' price!
Special requests like gift wrapping and gift cards can also be accommodated - just ask!
Custom Orders - I LOVE custom orders. It can be a family member, your pet, or someone/something famous - your only limit is your imagination! Custom polymer prices range from $22-$30, depending on the size and complexity of the piece.
Returns - I work very hard to make sure customers are happy with the products they receive. If you are not happy with the finish or workmanship of something I have created I will be happy to issue a refund once I have received the returned product. You must pay for return shipping yourself - Sorry.
