If payment hasnt been received or there has been no communication within 24 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item(s).
♦ SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: I ship via USPS First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation.
I charge a flat rate of $2.25 to the U.S. and Canada. No additional shipping charges on multiple purchases when paid for and shipped together in one gift box.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INSURANCE is optional, and highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after they are in the loving care of USPS. If you would like to buy insurance, please contact me before making your payment and I will send a revised invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: Multiple purchases will be shipped in one gift box. If you need a box for each item, please let me know. There is a .35 cent charge for each additional box. I will send a revised invoice indicating your new total.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Because of the complicated rules for shipping jewelry to some countries, I dont ship everywhere. If your country is not listed, please contact me. I will be happy to do some research and give you a shipping quote.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. It is the buyers responsibility to know and abide by the import restrictions to their country from the US.

Item will be prettily packaged, and I will include a small card with a SHORT handwritten message, so be sure to let me know what to write. You should know, my handwriting is not artistic or fancy, but its usually legible. :-) Its my pleasure to offer this service, and I do not charge extra for it.

I love making jewelry, and I want you to love wearing everything you buy from me! I try to make sure all my work is well represented by photo and description. Please read the listings carefully, and study the pictures before making a purchase. As an artist who handcrafts each piece individually, accepting returns is always more difficult than it is for a department store.
That said, if there is a problem with jewelry you buy from me, let me know immediately! We will work something out one way or another! If a refund is in order, your return must be shipped within 3 days of receipt, unworn and in its original condition, and in its original gift box or pouch.
Please, no returns without first contacting me! And please dont leave negative or neutral feedback without first talking to me about your concerns. I would always like the opportunity to correct the problem.

Working with clients to create something just for them is one of the most satisfying things about being a jewelry artist. If you have something in mind, lets talk! I have a lot of gemstones on hand so if youre looking for something in particular, I might have it! If not, I can probably get it.
