Returns and exchanges only for products damaged during shipping. No refunds so please choose your product carefully.

Nested dolls that need repairing in the future (say, your young son is playing ball in the living room and knocks the set over) can be returned after contacting me for repair costs. Minor cracks and chipped paint only. If the piece is shattered, it cannot be repaired.

Shipping options are for the U.S. and Canada so please make sure you select the product for your country (check the item description). Items can be shipped to other countries on a case by case basis since shipping will need to be calculated separately. Please contact me if you live outside the states or Canada.
