CUSTOMS: International buyers - please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you. My loose beads are declared as "Craft Supplies" on the customs form, because, well, that is what they are.
Shipping
I offer free shipping for any add on purchases going out in one package. All items within the US are shipped with delivery confirmation.
I use the US Postal service to ship worldwide. I send items first class and the cost is a flat rate $2.50 USD combined shipping unless otherwise specified in a listing. If you need something shipped to arrive really fast, I can use Priority (US) or Global Priority. When this is the case, please contact me. I have found that anything other than first class shipping internationally can get real expensive real fast!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely delighted with these beads. If, for some reason, you are not happy, please let me know right away! Maybe I can fix the problem.
I will cheerfully (at least on the outside!) accept returns. Contact me within 10 days of their arrival to arrange this. When they are returned to me, I will refund the price of the beads.

1.) May I use your beads in my jewelry?
Yes. While I would love to be credited for beads that you use, some people prefer to keep their sources private. I respect that, so credit in not necessary.
2.) May I claim that I made these beads.
Um, no. Please do not claim to have made the beads yourself.
3.) You just sold 3 sets that I had favorited. Can you make more?
Ask me. Many of my sets are repeatable and I would be more than happy to make some for you if that is the case.
