Unless otherwise noted, I ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included on larger orders at no extra charge.
CUSTOM WORK:
I LOVE doing custom work and would be happy to work with you to create something special! I can also adapt any piece you see here if you would like different colours or materials...convo me anytime!! You can also fill out an alchemy request if you like.
PAIRS are available in any of my single earcuff designs, please convo for pair pricing and I will do a special reserved listing for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted or discussed, I ship USPS International First Class. There is no tracking available with the lower priced service, but I do insure larger orders automatically.
SHIPPING TIME:
Except for pendants which are generally one of a kind items, I make each piece to order. This means you dont have to worry about someone else trying on YOUR earcuff etc before you recieve it. The nice thing about this system is that I can customise your piece if need be, so feel free to ask if you want something a wee bit different than you see it in the photo.
I am definitely not the fast food of jewelry sales, so if you need something in a hurry please convo me (before purchasing!) and I will do my best:-). That said, I do try to get all orders in the post within 3-4 days of purchase, so most US locations can expect delivery in about 7-10 days.

I accept exchanges or returns for shop credit as long as you notify me within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is your responsiblity, unless the problem is a mistake I have made (wrong colour, wrong ear, etc).
