I work very hard to bring you quality art that you will be very happy with. I hope there is never a reason for dissatisfaction. If for some reason you are not pleased with your transaction, please communicate with me and I will do everything I can to make this a happy transaction for you. Custom Work:

Please allow 3-6 weeks for custom wooliture work. I normally use a single needle, and felt densely so the work is time consuming. I hope you will be pleased with the quality.

Work begins when photos, instructions and full payment have been received.

I have reproduction prints made at inprintfromhome.com and customsportsproductions.com I have them sent to me, I sign them and then send them to you. I am not able to have an inventory right now, so please allow time for that turnaround. I have been very happy with the quality of professional prints from both these sites. I hope you will be, too.

I ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like a different shipment method, please let me know. I am happy to work with you. If the costs are higher, you may be charged the difference.

Returns: I hope there will never be a return, but I understand that sometimes this may be a possiblity for a variety of reasons. If we have communicated, and you are still not satisfied, please return the item within 5-7 business days in good condition and I will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping fee.
