Studio Policies for LaneesCrochet
Accepted forms of payment include Paypal, Amazon Payment, and money order. You are able to purchase with out signing up for either an Artfire account or Paypal account- Just click on paypal as your payment option and enter credit card info.
*If you would like to pay using a money order, please choose other and send me a message letting me know that this is your preferred way of paying.
When paying with paypal, items will be sent on the day after receipt of payment(except when the post office is closed for sunday or holidays)
When paying by money order or check, items will be sent on the day following the clearance of funds.
Please choose Other as your your payment choice, and I will respond with where to send it.
(Please understand that sometimes, life does happen. If Im not able to get your order in the mail on the following business day, I will let you know.)
{SHIPPING POLICY}
Most domestic orders will be shipped USPS first class, larger orders will be shipped priority.
If you would like insurance, please let me know before paying so I can adjust the invoice.
International orders will be shipped first class international, for which delivery times vary.>
If Ive charged one dollar or more over the actual shipping costs-those are shipping and packaging, a refund will be given for the over paid amount.
To keep down on waste and save on shipping costs, I re-use shipping boxes. Ill never send you anything in a cereal box or a dirty old smashed up box, but there may be a few old shipping labels on it.

{RETURN POLICY}
Ive given the best interpretation of my items that I could. If you feel that Ive grossly misrepresented your purchased item, and are not happy with it, please convo me so that a solution can be found.
Only under very special circumstances will refunds be issued. In which case, you will be refunded, less shipping. The buyer pays return shipping.
{CUSTOM ORDERS}
I do take custom orders.
Details for custom orders will be worked out depending on what the buyer prefers. (via artfire messages, email, or other messenger)
A deposit equaling half of the total price is required before I begin work.
This will be used for purchasing supplies and is non-refundable.
When your order is completed, I will create a reserved listing priced for what is left to be paid on your order.
You purchase - love it, let me know, and then were all set! ☺
