* Payment *

I accept Paypal payments in US dollars and euros. If you wish to pay in euros through Paypal, contact me before purchase for more information.

Please pay within a day of purchase. I will try to contact you if I haven't received payment by the following day, and will cancel the order after 3 business days unless we arrange otherwise.

* Shipping *

Items are shipped once payment is confirmed, except for items that are made to order. I ship on weekdays (Mon-Fri) - items bought during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. International orders are sent via Finnish Air Mail.

Some items are made to order. In these cases, a general time frame for completing the item is given in the listing. After the purchase, I will contact you to let you know the exact shipping date.

The estimated shipping time depends on the size of the item(s) and your location. More detailed information is listed separately for each item.

* Refunds and Exchanges *

Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. As a rule, refunds are issued once the item has been returned and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

See something you'd like among my sold items? Not a problem - I can usually make another one very similar to it. Anything that's listed as a pattern can also be made as a finished item, even if the final product is currently not listed. I'm also happy to work with you on custom orders. Just send me a note and ask!

All items are made in a smoke-free home and for those concerned about allergies, all the pets we have are aquatic ones.
