Items will be shipped within 3 days of order. Within the US, I ship via USPS (US Postal Service) with a confirmation of receipt. Large bags are shipped in boxes, and small wristlets/pouches will come to you in water-resistent envelopes. I take great pride in my work. If you receive an item that you are not completely satisfied with, please contact me. I will accept returns within 10 days of receipt, but return shipping will be your responsibility. ceejaybags originals are not washable. Spot cleaning is recommended. Do not hand- or machine-wash, as the fabrics differ between the lining and the outer fabric.
