Studio Policies for mirthreverence

Payment
We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars. We also accept checks and money orders. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.

If payment is not received in three business days, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.

If you would like to put an item on hold or layway, please convo me and we can work something out.
Shipping
Jewelry items are shipped in an organza bag in a bubble wrap envelope to protect them. Dolls and larger stuffed objects are bubbled wrapped and shipped in a secure cardboard box. We only use recycled and/or eco-friendly materials.

Combined shipping is offered standard ($1 for each additional item).

We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping or Global First Class shipping. All items are shipped on the Tuesday after payment has cleared.

If your artfire and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “Message to Seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment, we will ship the item to the Paypal address.

Insurance is automatically added to the package when the value is over $50. If you would like insurance and your total is under $50 then please let me know when you check out.

If you have overpaid during shipping due to administrative or site error we will refund the overage via Paypal.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Buyer is responsible for their country's customs/VAT fees or import duty taxes. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me first and I will try to resolve any issues. If it cannot be resolved, I will refund your full purchase price, not including shipping fees, upon return of the item. You MUST contact me within 7 (seven) days of receipt of your purchase and notify me of your intent to return your purchase. You have 10 days from the time you receive your purchase to return it to me. I will not accept returns after 10 days.
Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing.

The returned item must be in the same condition it was received to receive a refund. Used, soiled or worn items can not be returned. Seasonal/Holiday merchandise is not returnable after that holiday has passed. (for example, a Halloween item is not returnable after Halloween)

All refunds are issued through PayPal.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent or no refund will be possible.

No return on custom items unless it can reasonably be re-listed as normal stock.

Additional Policies and FAQs
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

Please contact us before leaving negative feedback with an email, if at all possible, so we can try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

We reserve the right to refuse you a sale if we feel the transaction is not going to be to everyone's benefit.
