I accept payments through PayPal.


Please submit payment within 48 hours of purchase.


Shipping


I do not ship until payment has cleared. I ship all items within 72 hours of payment clearing, unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are quoted using USPS standard rate. If you require faster shipping, please let me know and for an additional charge, I can overnight packages. I will insure items only upon request and at the expense of the buyer.



Refunds and Exchanges


I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods (due to postal error), but will make every effort to work out some type of solution. I will accept returns less Paypal fees and shipping.


Additional Policies and FAQs


I accept custom inquiries/orders for just about any kind type of paper craft, graphic or web design. For large orders, I will always e-mail a proof FOR FREE and upon your approval, make the remaining items. I require 50% down on all large (>10 items) custom orders, and 100% up front on small (<10 items) orders.
