PAYMENT

::: Electronic files will be sent to your Artfire email, if no instructions is received.
::: No refunds are possible as this is an electronic file and not a physical item.

2. Physical Items
::: Items will be sent to your Artfire address, if no other instructions are received.
::: Sent via International Registered Airmail.
::: Tracking numbers will be provided.
::: All parcels are insured free against Loss of Parcel only.
::: Contact local post office if parcel is not received after 14 working days.
::: Email me directly so that I can follow up with my post office.
::: Shipping out every Tuesdays and Fridays.
::: Approximate transit time is 6 to 13 working days.
