Orders ship out within 48 hours of payment clearing.

I'm in Canada so sometimes things may take a few weeks to get to you. It's sad but it keeps costs down. If you need something faster I can upgrade the shipping for you.

Ontario residents will be charged 13% HST and Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST.

Refunds are do-able up to one week after receiving your item, minus shipping. I'd rather work with you and turn your sad into glad but if you just don't love it like you thought you would, or you thought you could afford it but man, that energy bill is through the roof, just convo me and we'll work something out. Refunds will be issued minus shipping once the item is returned to me in its original condition.

I love doing custom orders so if something catches your eye and you'd like it to be a little different or very different, just ask! Custom orders are to be paid in advance if the total is under $20. For over $20 half is due up front and the other half upon completion.
