Studio Policies for Parallax

**Viewing Photographs**
Please keep in mind that you're viewing photos on a computer monitor: the colors may be slightly off from the actual print.

Resolution: I have reduced the resolution of these photos for listing and security purchases. Your print will be higher resolution and significantly crisper than it looks on your monitor.

Cropping: Depending on your image size, your final print may be cropped slightly differently than the image you see on etsy. If you have questions about a particular image, please feel free to contact me.

**Printing ** I print on demand, with a professional printer. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

**Shipping**
I try to keep shipping costs low for my customers, by using USPS First Class.

**Packaging**
I ship your photograph securely packaged in flat photomailers. But, I try be sustainable in my actions, and careful of my impact on the earth, by avoiding unnecessary packaging materials and reusing/recycling when possible.

I will happily upgrade to Priority, Express etc. if you would like it faster. Or, I will add tracking, insurance or other shipping services at your request. Contact me for a quote.

**Invoice/Receipt**
If you would like a copy of your receipt, please specify in your "Notes to Seller" or a convo/email, and I will happily include it. If I don't hear from you, I'll save the paper.

**Smokefree**
All of my items printed and packed in a smoke free environment.

**Returns and Replacements**
I print on demand, and show you, as near as I can, the exact image you're getting: I can not accept "returns". Please ask any questions before purchasing.

However, if there is any damage or other problem with your photograph, contact me, and I will replace it with a new print at no cost to you.

**Copyright**
All of my photographs are COPYRIGHT. Please do not attempt to duplicate them. If you need multiple copies, I will be happy to work with you.

**Photo Editing**
I regularly crop photographs, adjust contrast and occasionally convert color to black and white. In short, the kind of adjustments a developer could make with relative ease in a darkroom.

If I am making more significant changes to a photograph, I will include that information in the photograph description.
