I ship as inexpensively as possible. I always use tracking and recycle any shipping materials that I can. If you would like to purchase insurance (I suggest it on purchases over $20.00) or use priority or overnight shipping I can do that.
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. You must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
