Payment:
I accept PayPal, Money Order, or personal check. Orders paid by personal check will be held for up to 10 business days for the check to clear the bank. If you would like to pay via credit card without going through PayPal, please let me know and I will send you an email invoice with a link to a secure server where you can enter your credit card information, or I can can take your info over the phone.

Shipping:
Items are shipped within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. All items are shipped First Class Mail with Delivery confirmation.

If you are in a hurry and would rather your item(s) be sent priority mail or if you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

All international purchases are shipped First Class International Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less any shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs:
Most of my jewelry and bead designs are one of a kind. Some bead designs can be duplicated, others are not easily duplicated. I'd be happy to work with you to create a custom piece of jewelry or bead design.
